Yes – you DO have that choice. But here is an idea. Make food choices that enhance your health and don’t try to put a specific diet label on it.
No named diet is right for everyone. Eat the foods that are good for you, which may not be the same foods that are favoured by your best friend.
Where to start? Start with fruit and vegetables and other foods you know are healthy – for you. Variety is key, while avoiding foods that may be causing you issues. Foods can cause health issues you may not even be aware are linked.
