Find your happy place

Do you actively try to find your happy place daily, or are you too busy for that? 


Some people use meditation, others use exercise, others listen to their favourite music, others use hobbies and crafts, others use having a coffee with a friend. All of these are valid.


Why is this so important? Finding something you enjoy helps boost your immune system, helps brain function, lowers stress and lowers your blood pressure.
